Our company was established in 2004 and in 2016 Buy Belize Management was split from the Real Estate company due to the high demand of clients seeking advice and rental within the county of Belize. We service the entire county of Belize but specialize to Belize City & Belmopan. We do offer our services in all districts and yes even on the islands.

We offer two services, Rental Services & Management Services. As a rental client, we can list your property, advertise, and screen all potential clients which saves you time and energy. After we have selected the perfect tenant, we are able to prepare the lease agreement for them to sign and hand over the prospective tenant their new home/apartment or office. After the initial contract, the tenant would then be the responsibility of landlord. However, we also do provide property management in which we take the role of the landlord. While we still list, and screen potential tenant, we will handle the day to day activity of the apartment and/or home. Should the tenant have issues with the rental, or the building require maintenance or upgrades, we would be on site supervising any improvements to the home.

We also work long professionals needed in the rental business such as electricians, plumber, contractors, lawyers, to provide a one stop shop for our clients.
