Casita Mia

Casita Mia is your ideal modern studio apartment for a vacationing couple, single traveller, or if you are on business in Belize City. Casita Mia is centrally located in Belama Phase 2 and is within a 10-minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, bakery, meat shop, bus stop and other amenities. The apartment is located in a fenced yard with on site secured parking available. There is wi-fi along with cable within the apartment.

Casita Mia is air conditioned and fully furnished, just bring clothes. Upon entrance of the apartment it has a futon that can easily be converted to a bed to allow an additional 2 more person to sleep. This living area does have its own flat screen television. The kitchen and dining are combined, in which the kitchen is a modern local hardwood kitchen with enough storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other small appliances. The kitchen has access to a breakfast bar with 2 stools which acts as the dining area. The bedroom area is located behind the kitchen and is partially enclosed. The bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 bedside table with lamps. The bedroom also has its own flat screen television. The bedroom has the access to the bathroom, laundry area, and back door. The bathroom is cozy and consist of a standing shower stall with hot and cold shower. The laundry area has a stackable washer and dryer and consist of a safe for those who wish to store their small private belongings.

There is a back door that leads to the back patio that has a bench along with a hammock for those lazy days. There is also a deck over the canal that is great to have early morning coffee or a late dinner.

Casita Mia includes laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand & body soap, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bag, and bottle water.

Casita Mia is registered with the Belize Tourism Board, Licence Number HOT-1892 and rents at $69 USD Daily (Minimum 2 nights), $441 USD (Weekly), $1,400 USD Monthly (Plus 9% Hotel Tax)
